Bald Eagles...........Mating

These shots were taken with a Canon SX50. It was set for contiunous shooting - see how the lens drifted...... It all happened pretty fast - I just remember a blur of action. I was already taking shots of the birds sitting calmly together, as in the shot above, when all went crazy. I missed some of the action while I fumbled with the camera! Click all images for blow-ups. Title shot was well over the optical zoom of 50x. It was 75x to 100x. Shots are hand-held.
